Éliane O'Shaughnessy

Before joining Desjardins, she worked for 10 years at prominent consulting firms, specializing in strategic consulting, transformations, organizational design, and change management. During this period, she had the opportunity to work on many projects for Canadian financial cooperative institutions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in management.

Eliane is known for her strategic thinking, analytical skills, rigor, ability to build relationships of trust, and communication skills.
