Mélissa Dunlavey

Mélissa Dunlavey currently serves as the Research & Development Lead at Vosker since August 2022. Previously, from May 2016 to July 2022, Mélissa worked at Banque Nationale du Canada in various roles, including PO for the Career and Acquisition Project and Senior Business Advisor in HR Technologies, where Mélissa played a key role in replacing time and payroll management systems through implementation of WorkForce Software and SAP Employee Central Payroll. Mélissa's earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Analyst in IT Delivery Management at Vision7 Communications Inc. and Business Analyst and Project Coordinator roles at Cossette and SAQ, respectively. Mélissa holds an Associate's Certificate in Business Analysis from McMaster University and a DEC in Marketing from Cégep Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, along with specialized training in WorkForce Software.
