Katja Hähnlein

Katja Hähnlein began their work experience in 2013 with an internship at Medical Park Bad Wiessee St. Hubertus. In 2014, they worked on their Bachelor Thesis at bayme vbm - Bayerische Metall- und Elektro-Arbeitgeber. From 2015 to 2015, they completed an internship in the Strategic HR division/Job_evaluation at BMW Group. In 2017, they interned in Corporate Health Management at ROSEN.

In 2018, Hähnlein joined Personio as a Junior Implementation Manager and worked in this role until 2019. Katja then became an Implementation Manager until mid-2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Product Expert before transitioning to the role of Associate Product Manager until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they served as a Product Manager at Personio.

In 2023, Hähnlein will join deskbird as a Senior Product Manager.

Katja Hähnlein completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

From 2011 to 2015, they attended Coburg University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Education and Promotion.

Between 2015 and 2017, they pursued a Master's Degree in Health Management in Tourism at FH Joanneum.

During this time, in 2016 and 2017, they also participated in an Exchange Semester at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.

In January 2020, Katja obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org.
