Sonia Khanna has worked in the customer service industry since 2006. Sonia began their career at Citi as a Customer Service Representative, where they acted as a first point of contact for all service related queries of Citibank's High Net Worth clients. Sonia was responsible for resolving service related queries of clients with respect to Deposits, Investments, TDS, Fund Transfer related transactions, and liaising with the Bank's Front-end and Back-end operations. In 2018, they joined Deskera as a Customer Service Manager, where they managed new and existing business accounts for over 300 clients across Asia for various Modules such as ERP, CRM, PM, HRMS, eLeave and eClaims.
Sonia Khanna holds a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from Institute of Management Studies, Indore, India and is a Graduate of The Institute of Coast and Works Accountants of India (Grad. CWA). Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Conversational AI in Banking from CFTE - Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship in February 2022.
