Nathaniel Lawis

Nathaniel Lawis has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Nathaniel is currently working as a Business Development Manager at Deskimo (YC S21), a company that provides on-demand access to work desks in professionally managed workspaces. Nathaniel joined Deskimo in September 2021 and is part of the Y Combinator S21 batch.

Prior to this, Nathaniel worked as a Business Development professional at Beyond Class Application starting from December 2021 until July 2022. Beyond Class is a smart solution that enhances the music learning process and facilitates the engagement between teachers and students.

Before transitioning into the business development field, Nathaniel gained valuable customer service experience at M1 Limited. Nathaniel worked there in various roles, including Customer Service Supervisor from January 2017 to September 2019, Senior Customer Service Representative from January 2015 to January 2017, and Customer Service Officer from June 2013 to December 2014.

Nathaniel's early career started at Standard Chartered Bank, where they held the position of Sales Team Manager from April 2009 to May 2013 and Sales Consultant from December 2008 to March 2009.

Nathaniel Lawis received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Cebu Institute of Technology, where they attended from 2001 to 2006. In 2020, they pursued further education at the North American Montessori Center and obtained an International Diploma in Montessori Education with a focus on Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
