Jigar Patel

Jigar Patel is a seasoned professional in aerospace engineering with a robust background in additive manufacturing and technical management. Currently, Jigar serves as a Process Engineer - Binder Jet at Desktop Metal, where employment began in March 2018. Concurrently, Jigar holds the role of Regional Technical Manager with the United States Air Force since April 2014, contributing to significant operations including those in Qatar and humanitarian missions in Puerto Rico. Prior experience includes positions at Hexcel Corporation and Oxford Performance Materials, Inc., focusing on product development for aerospace and defense. Jigar's expertise is further enriched by a master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Gujarat University.
