Prior to this role, Kate held positions at Delaware Ladera Management Company, Inc. and Biogen, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and managing corporate governance matters. At STANLEY Healthcare, Kate functioned as a Transactional Contract Paralegal, overseeing contract execution and management, while earlier roles involved contract administration and customer engagement in educational sectors.
