H C has extensive experience in management and leadership roles within the elastomer technology sector. Currently serving as General Manager at Desma China since August 2017 and as Assistant to the Global Managing Directors at DESMA Elastomertechnik GmbH since August 2022, H C is involved in global strategy, supply chain, and business development initiatives. Previously, H C held the position of Leader in Quality and Process Management at Klöckner DESMA Elastomertechnik GmbH from August 2014 to July 2017. H C holds a Master of Science in International Management from Steinbeis Hochschule (2011-2013) and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule Niederrhein (2002-2007).
