Martin Vrbka

Martin Vrbka is the Head of Development at DESO development, where responsibilities include strategic planning, project prioritization, and resource allocation. Previously, Martin held roles as Head of Support Department and QA Team Lead, focusing on improving departmental effectiveness, managing the QA team, release management, and providing technical support to enhance the Development team's capacity. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recruitment Researcher at Hays, where targets were consistently met, and as a Translator at NK Langa s.r.o., specializing in technical documentation. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree from Brno University of Technology, completed in 2018.
