Tea Mattila

Tea Mattila is a Procurement Specialist and Internal Financial Management professional at Despro Engineering Oy since May 2023, focusing on procurement operations in the energy sector and managing all aspects of the procurement process. Mattila conducted research for a Master’s thesis on project governance and control in growth companies and has completed various traineeships related to sourcing, financial management, and production planning at organizations such as Väylävirasto, Ihku-allianssi, Walki Group, and Eckes-Granini Finland. Mattila holds a Master of Science in Strategic Technology and Project Management from Tampere University and has also participated in exchange studies at the National University of Singapore. Academic foundations include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University and a secondary school diploma from Liedon lukio.
