Chad Dalton

Chad Dalton is an experienced engineering executive with a diverse background in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Dessert Holdings since March 2023, Chad also leads Dalton Strategies Group LLC as President. Previously, Chad held senior leadership roles at Aunt Millie's Bakeries, managing multiple engineering and manufacturing functions, and at Dawn Foods, overseeing global engineering for significant capital projects. Chad's early career includes notable positions at DeBeukelaer, Inc., General Motors, Friesen's Inc., Armour Swift Eckrich, and ConAgra Refrigerated Prepared Foods, where expertise in maintenance, engineering, and operations was demonstrated. Chad holds a B.S. in Applied Science Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
