Peter Simonsen

Peter Simonsen is an experienced journalist and editor, currently serving as Erhvervsredaktør at Det Nordjyske Mediehus since May 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the media house's business coverage, investigative journalism, and the sports editorial team. Prior to this role, Peter worked as a Redaktør for RetailNews at Nordiske Medier A/S and held various positions at Jyllands-Posten, culminating in the role of Ledende nyhedsredaktør for Finans, where Peter managed a team of journalists and freelancers. Peter's career began with freelance work for Finans and internships that provided a solid foundation in business journalism.
