Yesheng Yu has extensive work experience in the field of customer quality engineering. Yesheng started their career in 1997 as a Mobile Phone Failure Analysis Engineer at Motorola, where they diagnosed and provided solutions for failed mobile phones. Yesheng then worked at Nokia as a Product Engineer, responsible for driving component quality with suppliers and conducting quality audits. Yesheng later joined Microsoft as a Supplier Quality Manager, where they managed the quality of suppliers from 2007 to 2014. Following that, they worked at Nolato as a Senior Customer Quality Engineer, involved in new project development and handling customer complaints. Currently, Yesheng is working at Detection Technology as a Senior Customer Quality Engineer, leading the quality process assessments for key customers and driving overall quality management. Yesheng is accountable for organizing root cause analysis projects and strives to achieve customer quality improvements.
Yesheng Yu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Communications from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, completing the program from 2000 to 2004.
