Roberto Pivetta

Roberto Pivetta is an experienced professional in the field of technology and public service, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Agente Técnico at DETRAN-RS since March 2006, Roberto has held various roles including Coordinator of the Citizen Services Advisory, Examiner of Traffic, and currently works within the Cabinet of the Division of Information Technology. Previous experience includes positions as a support analyst at UNIFRA - Centro Universitário Franciscano, where responsibilities included help desk support and computer systems maintenance, as well as technical support and maintenance roles in earlier positions. Roberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Faculdade Dom Bosco de Porto Alegre, an IT Governance specialization from Unisinos, and a Technical degree in Data Processing from Instituto Metodista Centenário.
