Linda Ratliff-Watkins Ph.d

Linda Ratliff-Watkins Ph.D, PMP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community support, customer service, and ministry. Currently serving as the Director of Community Support and Ministry and Senior Manager of Customer Service at Detroit Chassis LLC since November 2002, Linda develops programs that enhance internal engagement and represent the company within the community. Responsibilities include weekly ministry activities, one-on-one coaching, and serving on various boards such as Junior Achievement and the National Association of Black Suppliers Scholarship Fund. Linda also holds a managerial role in communications and customer service at HealthCure, LLC and has been a board member of Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan since January 2007. Linda's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Theology and Business Administration from Sure Foundation Theological Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ICS, along with various certificates in Writing for Children and Radio and Television Broadcasting.
