Mary Werner is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in labor relations, employee counseling, and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Demand Detroit since March 2015, Mary has held multiple roles including Supervisor of the Detroit Diesel Training Center and Labor Relations Representative. Prior to this, Mary worked as an HR Solution Architect at New World Systems and completed a pro bono internship as an HR Business Consultant at Merit Hall Staffing. Mary gained significant experience at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities ranged from labor relations consultation to managing employee benefits projects and overseeing national college recruiting efforts. Educationally, Mary holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy, both from Michigan State University.
