Matthew Madoian

Matthew Madoian currently serves as a Player Development Assistant for the Detroit Pistons and has experience as an Assistant Coach for Armenia Basketball, where responsibilities include preparing game footage and facilitating player development. Previous basketball experience includes competing for the Armenia National Basketball Team from 2016 to 2022, serving as a captain during the 2017 FIBA U20 European Championship. Matthew has held coaching positions at North Kingstown Sr. High School and Johnson & Wales University, focusing on optimizing team performance and player development. Additional roles include professional play for BC Urartu, youth instruction, and various internships in sports information and athletics administration. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports/Entertainment/Event Management and an MBA in Sport Leadership from Johnson & Wales University.
