Erin Walker

Erin Walker currently serves as the Director of Employer Engagement at the Detroit Regional Chamber, where responsibilities include fostering strategic partnerships among employers, educational institutions, and community stakeholders to enhance career exposure opportunities and strengthen the regional workforce. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Employer Engagement at Make-A-Wish Michigan and Volunteer Manager at The New Foster Care, where Erin developed training programs and managed volunteer initiatives. Additional roles at Vista Maria and New St. Paul Head Start Agency involved overseeing after-school programs and family advocacy, respectively. Erin's educational background includes a Master's degree in Social Work from Howard University and a Bachelor's degree in Family Community Services from Michigan State University.
