Anika Bornschein

Anika Bornschein is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and real estate. Currently serving as Managing Director and CFO at both Deutsche Asset One GmbH and Dupuis GmbH & Co. Asset-Management KG since 2020, Anika also contributes as a Visiting Lecturer at Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin, overseeing the "Immobilieninvestition" module and supervising Bachelor theses. Prior roles include Head of Finance & Corporate Management and Senior Accountant at Dupuis GmbH from 2014 to 2019, Finance and Team Manager at Grupo Lar from 2010 to 2014, and Consultant at PwC focusing on real estate and infrastructure projects. Anika's earlier career includes positions such as Research Assistant at Habit Unternehmensberatung and Junior Credit Analyst at Landesbank Berlin, along with an internship at Bankgesellschaft Berlin.
