Chantal Faber

Chantal Faber is an experienced professional in business administration and agile coaching, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chairperson of newoX e.V., focused on transforming education and the workplace since September 2023. Simultaneously, Chantal holds the position of Agile Coach for teams and leaders at NW3, starting in December 2022. Within Deutsche Bahn since October 2018, Chantal has taken on various roles including Circle Lead for IT Planning, Control & Performance Management, Project Lead for the Executive Board Portfolio on Project Data Excellence, and Team Lead for IT Service Design Coordination. Prior professional experiences include roles at TransMIT GmbH as a Master's Student, at Lufthansa as a Commercial Fleet Management Intern, and various positions at Bosch and other companies, alongside academic qualifications of a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Philipps University of Marburg.
