Frank Jelen

Frank Jelen is a Project Manager at Deutsche Bahn - DB Fernverkehr AG since November 2002. Frank is experienced in implementing new IT systems for production planning and control. Prior to this role, Frank worked as a Research Assistant at RWTH Aachen University.
