Cristina Cardoso

Cristina Cardoso has extensive experience at Deutsche Bank, having started in October 2000 and progressing to the role of Head of Implementation & Service Portugal since March 2011. Previous roles include Relationship Manager for Account Management & Service, Global Knowledge Owner for Service Tools, and various positions focused on implementation and customer service. Cristina has pursued continuous education, including a Yellow Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma, training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and the SWIF certification programme. Additional qualifications include a Pedagogical Aptitude course, trade finance studies, and business management training from The Portuguese School of Management in Lisbon.
