Richard See

Richard See is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in production management and service delivery, currently serving as the AVP - Regional Lead (EMEA) for IT Production Management at Deutsche Bank since April 2015. In this role, Richard leads a regional team responsible for incident, problem, change, and event management across 30 international exchanges. Prior to this position, Richard held various roles within Deutsche Bank focusing on IT service management and client services, and gained diverse experience in customer problem management at Ericsson and helpdesk support at British American Tobacco. Richard's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New England, along with additional qualifications in frontline management and English language teaching.
