Volker Muench Frics

Volker Muench FRICS is currently the Managing Director at Deutsche Hypothekenbank (Actien-Gesellschaft). Prior to that, he held the position of Head of Team Commercial Real Estate International at Financial Market Stabilisation ( FMS) Wertmanagement Service GmbH. He also served as Head of CRE Iberia, France, Italy, and Eastern Europe at FMS SG. With a background in industrial engineering from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, he has extensive experience in commercial real estate financing in Central and Eastern Europe, including Russia and Ukraine. Prior to his current roles, he was the Director Europe at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG and Abteilungsdirektor at HypoVereinsbank AG, focusing on financial analysis of real estate clients and rating advisory.
