Anna Hovhannisyan is currently the Head of Data Platforms Division at Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund. Previously, they worked at DILAX Intelcom as a Strategic Partner & Business Development Principal, where they were responsible for building and managing partnerships and selling hardware and SaaS solutions to transportation companies. Anna also served as a Principal Product Manager, overseeing the strategic planning and management of the IoT product portfolio and developing innovative solutions for predicting vehicle occupancy. Prior to that, Anna worked as a Senior Project Manager, handling international IT projects in the public transport sector. Anna also held the role of Team Leader, leading a team responsible for the development of DILAX's main product and the visualization of passenger data. Anna's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Software Developer, where they were involved in developing web applications and high-precision passenger counting modules. Additionally, they co-founded AKNA, a data and technology company based in Armenia, providing consulting services and resources for Eastern European countries. Anna was also an IT lecturer at Elbinstitut Hamburg.
Anna Hovhannisyan completed their education from 1997 to 2003 at Humboldt State University, where they obtained a Diplom-Informatiker degree in Infomatik. Anna also holds additional certifications, including a PMI-ACP agile certified practitioner certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in July 2017, and an ISTQB certified tester certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, obtained in 2011.
