Pankaj Arora

Pankaj Arora has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Pankaj is currently the Senior Director - Magenta Products and Platforms at Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the transformation of digital omni-channel operations and the development of Magenta products and platforms.

Prior to their current role, Pankaj worked at Airtel Digital as the VP and Head of Engineering for Postpaid and Broadband. Pankaj led various engineering teams and was instrumental in delivering business value to 30 million customers. Pankaj also played a key role in driving growth and digital transformation across multiple platforms.

Pankaj had previous roles at Airtel-Vodafone, Fidelity International, Ericsson, Wipro, EHPT - Ericsson Hewlett Packard Telecom, and Tata Infotech. These roles involved responsibilities such as program management, solution management, enterprise architecture, and product development.

Throughout their career, Pankaj has demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale transformations, driving growth, and delivering customer-centric solutions. Pankaj has a strong understanding of digital technology and has successfully implemented various projects in the telecommunications industry.

Pankaj Arora's education history includes an M Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, obtained between 1997 and 1999. Pankaj also completed an Executive Programme in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, from 2008 to 2009. In 2022, they pursued a Mastering Design Thinking program at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, they hold a B.E. degree from M.G.M's Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering, completed from 1993 to 1997.
