Eszter Hajagos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical roles in the IT sector. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager for Cyber Security at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU since July 2017, Eszter has also held positions such as Business Consultant, Alpine Lead Quality Manager/Process Manager, and Technical Process Manager Mainframe. Prior to this, Eszter worked as a Technical Support Analyst at DXC Technology from December 2015 to July 2017, and as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at Stegu Sp. z o.o. from February 2014 to April 2015. Eszter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Contrastive Linguistics and Translatology, part of the German Studies program, from Eötvös Loránd University, attended from 2011 to 2014.
