Szilvia Gosztonyi

Szilvia Gosztonyi has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Szilvia is currently the People Lead of Operation Chapter Business Applications South1 at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies and processes on an international level. Before this, they served as the People Lead of Operation Chapter People Unit AM2, where they played a key role in the organizational transformation into an agile structure. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Application Management at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, where they were responsible for the overall management of the Application Management team and leading them through the transition to an agile environment. Szilvia also has experience as an IT Operations Manager at IT Services Hungary, where they ensured smooth application operation and provided excellent service to the business. Szilvia also has experience as a Coach & Trainer at Wingman & Partners, and as a Project Manager at BISS Kft., where they delivered BI and process management solutions. Szilvia began their career as a Product Manager at Pentatrade Ltd., where they managed a financial management system.

Szilvia Gosztonyi holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics with a focus on Finance and Political economy from Széchenyi István University, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. Szilvia also attended Actilingua to study German Language and Literature, although the specific duration is unknown.
