Michal Sewera

Michal Sewera is a seasoned expert in telecommunications, currently serving as the Head of Cloud Native 5G Core DevOps at Deutsche Telekom since September 2020, where leadership includes transforming operating models with cloud-native technology. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Operator Solutions at MobiledgeX, Inc. (acquired by Google), and Head of EPC Shared Service Center at Deutsche Telekom, overseeing engineering and development of Evolved Packet Core. With extensive experience at T-Mobile Polska in various managerial and specialist roles, Michal has achieved significant milestones, such as establishing the first Open Source Evolved Packet Core and leading the first 5G network in Poland. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Master of Science in Electronics and Information Technologies from Warsaw University of Technology.
