Abd Alrahman Lahmouni

Abd alrahman Lahmouni has a diverse work experience history. Abd alrahman started their career in 2004 with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, where they held various positions for five years. In 2009, they joined Alaman Engineering Company as a Project Engineer before moving on to Al Ghurair Construction as a Project Manager from 2010 to 2012. Abd alrahman then worked with the Qatar Red Crescent Society as a Head of Mission for the Philippines and Myanmar from 2012 to 2016.

Lahmouni further expanded their humanitarian work by joining Habitat for Humanity International in 2016 as a Senior Program Manager for Nepal, followed by a role as Program Director. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Regional Program Manager for the Middle East at Habitat for Humanity International. Most recently, since 2019, Lahmouni has been working with the German Red Cross, first as the Head of Office for Sudan and currently as the Head of Office for Uganda and Somalia.

Abd alrahman Lahmouni obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Power Engineering from the University of Aleppo in 2009.
