Jasmin Rocha

Jasmin Rocha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science, evaluation, and research within the social sector. Currently serving as the Lead Data Science Hub at the German Red Cross since September 2020, Jasmin focuses on establishing a hub for data science initiatives to enhance services in Germany’s welfare sector. Prior roles include Research Manager at the German Red Cross, Evaluation Specialist at Camino, and various positions at Oxfam International, where leadership in strategic evaluations and monitoring frameworks was emphasized. Academic credentials include a PhD in Socio-economic and Statistical Studies from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Master’s in Social Sciences Research from the University of Amsterdam.
