Marc-André Souvignier has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Marc-André began their career in the German Army, serving as an Officer from 1991 to 1993. Marc-André then worked as an Assistant to the Director at Wirtschaft und Philosophie GmbH from 1993 to 1994.

Currently, Souvignier is the Head of the Operations & National Society Cooperation Department at the German Red Cross, where they are responsible for the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of international operations and emergency response.
