Tim Bray has extensive experience in public health, particularly focused on blood safety and HIV programs within various capacities at the German Red Cross since 2011, including roles as Global Surge Delegate and Head of Office. Previous positions at the German Red Cross involved being Head of the Liaison Office with an emphasis on programme support and blood safety. Tim Bray also served as Regional HIV Delegate for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in South Asia and as a Health Delegate at the American Red Cross. Tim Bray holds a PhD in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, an MSc in Biological Anthropology from UCL, and a BSc in Biology from King's College London.
