James Shelby

James Shelby has worked in the software engineering and consulting industry for over 10 years. In 2018, they became the Chief Technology Officer for Dev IQ, a cloud-native software engineering and consulting firm. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Software Developer for NCECA.net, where they built and maintained CakePHP web applications and created SOAP interface to their membership SAAS. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Chief Technology Officer for DVmobile, an Enterprise Cloud Solutions Partner. In 2010, they were a Sr. Software Developer for QWEST COMMUNICATIONS CORP, where they installed and configured OpenLDAP solution for their Internet security framework. James also worked as a Software Developer for LMC Rightstart.com from 2009 to 2010, where they added wish list functionality and implemented the Amazon marketplace integration.

James Shelby has completed computer language courses at the Career Enrichment Center in Albuquerque, NM and undergraduate studies in Computer Information Systems and Mathematics at the University of New Mexico.
