Carl Swart

Carl Swart has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Carl began their career in 1996 as an Implementation Manager at Research Institute of America. In 2005, they moved to K2 Information Services as a Managing Consultant, where they were responsible for business development, SDLC, team management, and client engagement. In 2006, they joined MRM//McCann as VP, Director of Operations, managing PM, customer success, digital interactive production, HR, finance, and IT. Carl then served as Director of Project Management, managing PM and interactive development teams. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at iSoftStone as a Senior Director, responsible for client management, software development and implementation, BPO, and financial reporting. In 2019, they joined DevBlock as a Partner and COO.

Carl Swart received a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from Washington State University. In June 2007, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
