Everett Keithcart is an experienced Lean-Agile Coach and Trainer with a diverse background in coaching, training, and process improvement across various organizations, including startups and enterprises. Currently leading Everett Keithcart Consulting and serving as a Trainer at DevelopIntelligence, Everett has developed and delivered custom training in Lean and Agile software development. Past roles include Agile Coach at the California Department of Health Care Services and BayOne Solutions, where Everett implemented Agile methodologies, created Agile Centers of Excellence, and mentored teams to enhance their Agile practices. With a foundation in Scrum and Agile principles, Everett has facilitated high-performance teamwork and established Communities of Practice in organizations like Accenture, Alaska Airlines, and Flowroute Inc.
