Brian Wohnsiedler serves as the Landfill Superintendent at the Development Authority of the North Country since June 2016, overseeing all operations and maintenance activities at the Authority's Material Management Facility, including landfill operations, regulatory compliance, and site safety. Previously, Brian held roles as Materials Management Supervisor and Coordinator, managing programs related to landfill gas and leachate collection, and supporting regional initiatives for environmental compliance and solid waste diversion. In addition to this, Brian operates a maple sugaring business at South Shore Maples since June 2008. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Resources Management from SUNY ESF and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Forest Technology from SUNY ESF Ranger School.
