Lunga Schoeman

Lunga Schoeman is an experienced professional in corporate social investment and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as the Manager/Lead of Corporate Social Investment Programmes at the Development Bank of Southern Africa since February 2024, where the focus is on promoting economic development and regional integration. Prior roles include positions at Oceana Group Limited in CSI and stakeholder engagement, as Innovation Director at DG Murray Trust, and various managerial roles at the Shoprite Group, addressing national priority needs for social development. Lunga has also worked as Group Project Manager for CSI and related initiatives at Sanlam Foundation and as an Enterprise Development Specialist at BDO. Lunga holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at TSIBA.
