Emma Phillips

Emma Phillips has over 21 years of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Operations Manager for both Self Build Wales and Angels Invest Wales at the Development Bank of Wales since January 2017. Prior to this role, Emma held the position of Senior Relationship Officer in Commercial Lending at Principality Building Society from August 2006 to December 2016, and worked as an Executive Assistant at Julian Hodge Bank from June 2002 to July 2006.
