Lisa Twose

Lisa Twose has over 30 years of work experience, with their most recent role being a Financial Accountant at Development Bank of Wales since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water from 2010 to 2020, holding various positions including Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, Operational Cost Accountant, and Finance Team Leader/Business Partner. Lisa also worked as a Financial Accountant at United Utilities from 2001 to 2010 and as a Management Accounting Support Technician at Hyder Consulting from 1996 to 2001. Lisa's career began at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water in 1989, where they held various roles such as Accounts Payable Assistant, Payroll Assistant, Accountancy Assistant, Area Finance Supervisor, SAP Project Role, and Senior Finance Assistant.

Lisa Twose earned a BTEC Higher National Certificate in Business & Finance from Gwent College of Higher Education from 1993 to 1995. Lisa then pursued an Association of Accounting Technicians degree from the same institution from 1995 to 1997. Following this, Lisa completed a Masters Degree in Business & Finance from the University of South Wales between 1997 and 2000. In terms of additional certifications, Lisa obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in September 2017 and an ILM level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management from ILM in June 2014.
