Gavin Dsouza is an experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting, training, and business management. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Xcellence Plus since 2012, Gavin focuses on amplifying people agility to drive organizational success. Additionally, as an Accredited Associate Facilitator at Development Beyond Learning since September 2020, Gavin supports employees through significant career transitions with evidence-based methodologies.
