Yosef Getachew

Yosef Getachew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and reporting across various sectors. As a Data Use Advisor at Development Gateway since July 2023, Yosef leverages skills in data analytics to enhance decision-making processes. Currently serving as a Senior Data and Reporting Officer at the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency since February 2020, Yosef has also held the position of Data Manager at both the Eastern Africa GeoHealth Hub and Debre Berhan Teachers Education. Previous roles include Database Administrator at the Ministry of Finance, Ethiopia, and Monitoring and Evaluation Team Leader at Emmanuel Development Association. Yosef holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Addis Ababa University and a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Debre Berhan University.
