Joseph Dickens

Joe Dickens serves as a Program Implementation Specialist – DRG Sectoral Expert, providing support to the LACLEARN Task Order under the Analytical Services IV IDIQ. Mr. Dickens has eight years of experience in research, program management and business development for international development programming, with significant experience supporting USAID, NED, DOS/CSO and DOS/DRL funded projects and activities in complex environments. His technical expertise comprises various DRG sectors, including media development, civil society strengthening, elections and political transitions and technology for democracy. Mr. Dickens holds an MA in International Affairs, an MSc in Digital Forensic Science and a BA in International Relations.
