Dylan Carelli

Dylan Carelli is an experienced professional in early childhood special education, currently serving as an ECSE Evaluator at Developmental Pathways since March 2024. Previously, Dylan held various roles, including Clinical Team Lead and member of the Children's Clinical Team at Rocky Mountain Human Services, where responsibilities included providing developmental intervention services for children aged birth to three years. Additional experience includes roles as an Independent Business Owner at Learning Journeys, LLC, and Child Find ECSE with Denver Public Schools, where Dylan assessed early intervention eligibility and provided direct intervention services. Further expertise was gained as an Autism Trainer and Instructional Coach with the Colorado Department of Education, and in various therapeutic and instructional roles focusing on children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Dylan holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education/Early Childhood Special Education from UC Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Colorado State University.
