Katy Vaninger

Katy Vaninger is an experienced communications and marketing professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Communications & Marketing at Developmental Pathways since July 2022, following the merger of Nonprofit Management Services of Colorado into the organization. Vaninger has held various roles including Associate Director of Communications & Public Affairs at Nonprofit Management Services of Colorado, where oversight of strategic communications impacted over 800 staff and 8,000 individuals in services. Additional expertise includes board membership at Brick City Yoga Foundation, focusing on access to yoga for marginalized communities, as well as previous positions in account management and marketing at firms such as Paradigm New Media Group and goBRANDgo!. Vaninger holds a Master of Arts in Communications Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Saint Louis University.
