Olusoji Ashafa is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and software architect with a diverse background in software development and management. As the Founder of DevFund Africa and Co-Founder/CTO of Kinetic, Ashafa has led initiatives to enhance performance management and talent management. In addition, Ashafa co-founded synccentre, where responsibilities include developing growth strategies, managing budgets, and fostering a successful organizational culture. Previous experience includes senior software engineering roles at SalesRabbit, Inc. and Andela, as well as leading development teams and projects at i25 Technologies Ltd. and FreelanceMetro Online Ltd. Olusoji Ashafa holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.
