Grzegorz Opala

Grzegorz Opala has extensive work experience in the recruitment and outsourcing industry. Grzegorz started their career at Manpower Polska as a Recruitment Consultant in 2006 and later became a Branch Manager. In 2009, they joined Hays as a Senior Consultant and Team Leader and eventually held positions as Manager and Business Manager in Hays Response. In 2018, Opala worked as an Associate Director at Relyon Recruitment & IT Services. Currently, they are the IT & Business Outsourcing Director at Devire, where they oversee the outsourcing and recruitment of specialists and temporary employees for leading international companies.

Grzegorz Opala completed their education at Jagiellonian University from 2002 to 2009, where they obtained a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Social Psychology.
