Joanna Wojciechowska

Joanna Wojciechowska is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Devire in the Center of Excellence / BSO since June 2022, building upon previous roles within the same company. Prior to Devire, Joanna served in various recruitment positions at Grafton Recruitment from June 2019 to June 2022 and held the role of Coordinator for the Ethno Port Poznań festival at Centrum Kultury Zamek w Poznaniu from 2016 to June 2019. Additional experience includes positions at Conture and Smart MBC, focusing on recruitment and marketing projects, as well as a brief tenure in real estate consulting at Metrohouse Franchise S.A. and assisting an insurance agent at Aviva Poland. Joanna holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
