Marta Jaworska

Marta Jaworska is an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist currently working at Devire since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, supporting candidates throughout the process, and organizing internal training events. Previously, Marta held various positions in the recruitment field, including IT Brains Recruiter and IT Brains Researcher at 300Brains, where skills in interviewing, negotiation, and employer branding were developed. Earlier experience includes a role as an IT Researcher/Sourcer at ITalents Sp z o.o., focused on candidate selection and database management. Marta holds a Master’s degree in Psychology in Business from Uniwersytet SWPS, completed in 2022.
