Annette Hugger

Annette Hugger has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Annette started their career as an HR Assistant at SICK AG in 1995. After that, they worked at AachenMünchener for several years, holding various roles such as Trainer and Facilitator Personnel Development, HR Generalist, and Deputy Manager HR Development. In 2008, they became the Head of HR Development at AachenMünchener. In 2013, they joined Generali Deutschland Services as the Head of HR Shared Services. And since 2016, they have been serving as the Head of Learning and Development at DEVK Versicherungen.

Annette Hugger completed their Diploma in Psychology from The University of Freiburg from 1992 to 1998. Annette then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology from the University of Oregon in the years 1994 to 1995. Additionally, they hold a certification in Six Sigma + Lean Executive Green Belt from TÜV Rheinland AG, which they obtained in June 2014.
